In order to ensure that the entire process of writing compensation angle and compensation angle write in and read out EEPROM is correct, consider the following four points:

  • For some single turn absolute encoders, after power-on, it is necessary to rotate a certain angle ¦Á to output the value of the nominal resolution, and the numerical resolution of the output in ¦Á is relatively low. However, if the angle of rotation of the motor after the motor is DC is less than ¦Á, the absolute accuracy of the absolute encoder read by the CPU is low, resulting in a large zero correction error, which will reduce the performance of the servo drive. Therefore, the motor rotor must be rotated through the angle ¦Á during zero calibration.
  • Corresponding split absolute encoder, due to assembly reasons, may cause errors in its feedback data, so the feedback data must be checked before obtaining the compensation angle.
  • After calculating the compensation angle, pass the trial run to verify the correctness of the compensation angle.
  • After the compensation angle is written into the EEPROM, it needs to be read back to ensure correct reading and writing of data.
