The encoder itself is good or bad, there are much differences of the circuit output signal of disk electronic chip.
Methods of detecting encoder faults:
1. excluding (move out, close, isolation) interference sources
2. Judging if it is the accumulated error of mechanical clearance
3. To determine whether the control system and the encoder circuit interface does not match;
exclusive method is the simple way to judge encoder itself.
Encoders have been used in more and more industries with their own characteristics. So, it is very important to detect whether it is damaged. On one hand, we can know the reasons of encoder not working, on the other hand, some costs can be saved if the encoders are not damaged but just be interfered.
